Who performs the work
Rubbish removal arranged through this site is performed by local, licensed and insured rubbish removal operators. You deal with the operator who does your job: they size the load, confirm the flat rate and arrange the pickup time with you directly.
Quotes
Flat rate confirmed on the phone before any loading. Prices discussed on this site are explanations of how quoting works, not offers. The only binding rate is the one confirmed with you directly.
Accurate information
Requests must carry your own details. Sending a request with false contact information makes a booking unworkable and may cause the request to be disregarded.
Content
The text on this site may be read and quoted, and anyone is welcome to link to it. The site may be updated at any time as waste rules and council arrangements change.
Liability
Nothing on this site creates a contract or warranty about a removal job. Disputes about services performed, pricing or scheduling are matters between you and the rubbish removal operator you deal with.
